Our Project Teams will handle all aspects of Customer Pickup. Normally the pickup time is scheduled from 9:00 - 3:00 the day following the Auction Closing.

After you win, schedule to pickup your items within seven days. Head down to our facility and we'll bring your items right to your vehicle. No hassle returns. If you're unhappy with an item, bring it back for a full refund within seven days.

Nellis Auction is only a venue for Sellers to list Items and for Registered Users to make bids on such Items. You and Nellis Auction are independent contractors. Neither party is an agent, representative, broker, employee, partner or joint venturer of the other party.

To cancel a bid or lower your max bid you must either call or email us with the specific lot number before 4 pm the day of the auction closing.
