Non manual work is also covered as long it is professional administrative or clerical duties only.
- Can I extend my travel insurance during my trip?
In case of Multitrip and Single Trip policies, it will depend on your age and cover level you choose. If you have a Backpacker cover and intend on staying overseas past your policy expiry date you will need to contact us by email/telephone at least 2 weeks before your policy is due to lapse. We can, in some cases, extend cover for a maximum total trip duration of 24 months. Each individual’s circ*mstances will be considered by the Underwriter, who will authorise the extension.
- Does Travel Insurance for Canada cover a trip over to the USA?
To get Travel Insurance for Canada you must select Worldwide incl. USA/Canada cover, thus any trip over the border will also be covered during the policy duration.
- Does travel insurance for Canada cover pre-existing medical condition?
With Multitrip.com, cover is included for certain medical conditions as long as the insured person only has one of these.
