new January 2017: Library personnel may not create guest accounts for anyone who has ever had a W number. They must activate their accounts either in the Library or at McClimans 111; at the current time they will not be able to print from the library VMs.

Southeastern Louisiana University Sims Memorial Library: NTCC in a Transfer Pathway to Southeastern will have Southeastern ID cards and W numbers, and are invited to come into the library and use our resources. These students can use Southeastern computer labs and facilities but they must pay for printing at Southeastern. The memorandum of understanding between Southeastern and NTCC works out the details of how the student's payment of the tech fee at NTCC contributes toward the use of Southeastern computer labs.

To print the students should purchase prints, using this link:

CTS and RCS can login to LeoNet with their Southeastern W number and university password.

While at Sims Library, these students can use the databases and save articles to a pin drive or email articles to themselves.

NTCC to Southeasternpathway students:

  • do not have checkout privileges, reserve privileges or media/equipment privileges at Sims Library.
  • do not have remote access to Southeastern Louisiana University databases.
  • will not be able to use e-reserves for their Southeastern Louisiana Unviersity classes.
  • do not have Interlibrary Loan service privileges at Sims Library.

These students should use their HOME library (NTCC) for circulation, reserves and ILL services. If they wish to check out books at Sims Library, they should obtain a LOUIS Reciprocal Borrowing Card from Gator Library.

This page will be updated as policies regarding the library, printing and computer labs evolve.
