Our new limited-edition Corn Soup Dumplings feature a creamy corn soup with bits of savory chicken and sweet corn kernels. Wrapped in a tender dumpling skin, each bite delivers a delicious dose of comforting flavor, inspired by the classic Cantonese recipe for chicken corn egg drop soup—minus the eggs.
Our new limited-edition Pho Beef Soup Dumplings feature a rich, bold broth and a savory beef filling inspired by the slow-simmered Vietnamese soup, infused with the heady aroma of onions, scallions, and cilantro. Created in collaboration with our friends at Phở Bắc, Seattle’s first-ever pho shop, these flavor-packed dumplings deliver all the comfort of a bowl of steaming pho—minus the noodles.
How to Make
In a large wok or pan, bring 2-3 inches of water to a rolling boil. - Place dumplings in lined steamer basket. Make sure to leave a 1 inch gap between dumplings.
- Steam dumplings for 11 minutes (until internal temp. reaches 165°F). Remove from heat.
- Rest dumplings for 1 minute with lid on. After 1 minute, remove lid and rest for an additional minute. Serve with your favorite sauces!
