Throne of Tides is an aquatic-themed dungeon located in the Abyssal Depths inVashj'ir. It's a sprawling underwater labyrinth filled with winding passages andflooded chambers where players will be confronted by numerous water-based enemies,such as Nagas, Sea Giants, Murlocs, and more.

Throne of the Tides Entrance Location

Throne of the Tides is found in the Vashj'ir subzone, Abyssal depths. Hereyou will need to swim through the Abyssal Breach and make your way North untilyou run into the dungeon entrance.

Spread out when engaging Lady Naz'jar as she has multiple AoEabilities. Dispel the Throne of the Tides Dungeon Guide (11) Fungal Spores disease debuff if possible,and be ready to move out of any Throne of the Tides Dungeon Guide (12) Summon Geysers placed on the groundunder your feet. She will also often attack the tank withThrone of the Tides Dungeon Guide (13) Shock Blast, dealing deadly Nature damage; interrupt this as muchas possible. When Lady Naz'jar reaches 60% and 30% healthshe will channel Throne of the Tides Dungeon Guide (14) Waterspout, making her immune to all attacksand spells.

During this 1-minute cast, 1 Naz'jar Honor Guard and 2Naz'jar Tempest Witchs will spawn in and attack players. These muchbe either crowd controlled or quickly killed as they are very dangerous. Focusdown the Naz'jar Tempest Witchs first, interrupting them as much aspossible and dispelling the Throne of the Tides Dungeon Guide (15) Lightning Surge, or running away from your allies whenthey use it. Avoid being in front of the Naz'jar Honor Guard as itcleaves targets with Throne of the Tides Dungeon Guide (16) Arc Slash.

This is a short, two phase fight where you start off by engaging withErunak Stonespeaker. He will shoot Throne of the Tides Dungeon Guide (54) Earth Shards atrandom targets current location, causing spikes to quickly move towards them;move away from these and do not be in their path either. Avoid the frontal AoEdamage from Throne of the Tides Dungeon Guide (55) Magma Splash and be sure to dispel any debuffs duringthis phase. At 50% health Mindbender Ghur'sha will be releasedfrom Erunak Stonespeaker and will Throne of the Tides Dungeon Guide (56) Enslave a partymember. Your group must DPS that player down to 50% health as well toagain release Mindbender Ghur'sha, allowing you to finally defeat it.Avoid any clouds summoned by Throne of the Tides Dungeon Guide (57) Mind Fog as they will prevent you fromattacking or casting spells.

The Ozumat fight is unique, having you mostly focus on dealing withadds before facing the sea kraken himself. During the first phase you willfight waves of Deep Murloc Invaders, which should be simply AoE'd down quickly.The Vicious Mindlashers should be interrupted whenever possible to stoptheir Throne of the Tides Dungeon Guide (75) Brain Spike mana burn; and Unyielding Behemoth should befocused down quickly and stunned as much as often as you are able. After killingenough adds, phase two will start.

Phase two consists of killing the 3 Faceless Sappers around theroom. While in this phase, a Blight Beast will periodically spawn inand move slowly towards their target. These should be picked up by a tank andkited as they move very slow and hit rather hard. Once all 3Faceless Sappers are killed, the third and final phase starts. In thisphase players are buffed with Throne of the Tides Dungeon Guide (76) Tidal Surge, increasing health andhealing by 500%, and damage dealt by 2000%. This allows you toquickly dispatch Ozumat in this phase as he has a much higher HP poolthan an average dungeon boss.
