Total Settlement Payment

means the cash sum of $54,500,000.00, comprising the Class Action Settlement Payment and the Fraudulent Transfer Settlement Payment.

Total Settlement Payment

means the amount of One Hundred and Ninety Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($190,000.00).
