It looks like either your ISP or the DNS servers you are using for your internet connection are not resolving the host names for the premium services.Try this, right click on the windows start button, select Run.
Type in cmd and hit enter. This will pull up a command prompt.
At this prompt type innslookup premium.services.zam.com
You should get something that looks similar to this.
>nslookup premium.services.zam.com
